How to use clay pots in first time for cooking step wise pictures. We are know that clay pots cooking is very tasty and healthy. Clay pots add many important nutrients like Calcium,Phosphorous,Iron,Magnesium and Sulfur to food, Which are extremely benefits to our body. Cooked in clay pots are much low fat the food. Different culture have different techniques of cooking food in clay pots.
Clay pots are not very expensive. Now a days its available different size and shapes. Cooking with mud pots the moisture and heat circulate through the food its stay in the pot without losing any nutrients. Its also had a earthy flavor (manvasanai) in food. Lets see how to prepared the pots for cooking
Instructions
- First those clay pots cookwares all are soak in the water in over night. Because its made with mud so its absorb more water. This process is to increase strong and durability in clay pots.
- Then next day morning to take out in the water and dry the direct sunlight.
- After dry the pots to add rice water and boiled over the 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes to keep the pots with rice water in intact in two days. Then after two days again heat and boiled the pots. Next to wash and dry the pots. Then clay pots ready for the cooking. This is one method. OR Try it second method.
- Second method ; After 10 minutes to washed and dry the pots.
- Add 1 tsp ghee and spread over the pot next to heat and add grated coconut to saute well. Its give a gud aromatic smell in pot. Clay pots to maintain the smell for first cooking flavor.
- Next to take out coconut with it add sugar and serve for kids its so tasty.
- Washed the pots and dried it. Now to ready for the cooking. I am using for second methods.Its easy and quickly done.
Don't wash soap and liquid.
